The hotel is located near the river, the cathedral and the main attractions. My room was spacious, It contained everything I needed. Three arę a lot of plugs in the room.

The beds are a bit stiff, the sheets of a particular fabric do not help sleep, they seem cold (in winter)

Very comfortable and centrally located hotel, very near to lots of cafés and the cathedral, with many museums within walking distance. Lots of choice for breakfast. Staff were very helpful with queries, and stored my luggage for me post-check-out, which was useful.

Very nice hotel in a fabulous location for the old town, few minutes away from the Cathedral and Plaza de las Flores, Teatro Romeo etc. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was nice. Tea and coffee facility in the bedroom.

Excellent location (around the corner from “Gran Vía”), friendly staff, modern and functional facilities. BBC among TV channels. Coffee vending machine on the ground floor (touch payment: not the cheapest but around the clock accessible).
