Please note that guests have access to the car park after 12:00 on the day of arrival, and must leave the car park before 12:00 on the day of departure. It is possible to leave later on request, at an additional cost. Hotel was clean, in a great location and comfortable. We were provided with a cot and baby bath. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Murcia.

A wonderful place to stay, nice rooms , exceptional breakfast. Whilst reception staff were very a helpful and friendly the rest of staff could to with training . Small issues like our dirty towels from day one in the gym weee still there on day 3… the paper cups for water had dwindled to none since there were only about 5 to begin with . In the breakfast room 3 members of staff were standing around having a loud conversation but to get the scrambled eggs replenished at the buffet I had to ask. On day two we decided to relax a bit after gym and breakfast as well as having a shower so we put out the ‘ do not disturb’ sign. Leaving at midday I duly turned it around to ‘please make up the room’ and arriving back around 7 hours later the room service trolley was in the corridor about 10 m away from the room and I wondered why the sign was still where I hung it the explanation was that the room had not been touched . Nothing of this amounts to any major issue but it is those small niggles that bring down an otherwise brilliant hotel. The staff , although all very friendly and polite, fall way short of the mark of their colleagues in ,for example , the one Catalonia plaza in Madrid.

The was big and very clean. The hotel is located in the city center and the whole staff was friendly and very helpful. I really recommend this hotel.

Lovely quiet location but just across the river from the old town where the bars and restaurants are - it's a very walkable city. The bed was really comfortable, the room was nice and spacious, and the breakfast was delicious and good value.

Room was clean and nice, breakfast was very good. Hotel owned parking was not cheap (19 EUR), but for the rather central location a very good option to choose.

Wonderful, varied breakfast. Roof terrace is lovely, just a pity pool was closed as it was March when we visited. Hotel has all mod cons but still has character. Staff very nice and helpful.
