Excellent location. David came to sort out the WiFi which stopped working after a power outage - without us telling him it wasn’t working.

We had a wonderful stay at Fenix, the apartment's location is perfect for exploring the central parts of Murcia. Check in was easy and communication great. We parked our car at a free public carpark near the botanical gardens, it was an easy,/approx 15 min walk. Murcia offers great food options and we appreciated Davib's recommendations. The apartment had a great kitchen and good bathrooms, appreciated the washing machine and dryer. highly recommend.

David is an incredible host! The place was amazing, we went to a concert and plaza de toros was also so close by walking, stores and also restaurants, the coffee downstairs El Fenix, has delicious tostadas, my favourite was tostada tomate y queso fresco, coffee is excellent too. Pulpito, the restaurant next to is incredible delicious and Jose + service was out of this world! El secreto was not good at all so don’t go there. Parlamento Andaluz has the best Mejillones gigantes that we ever had tried. This place to stay has been the perfect one for us. David was checking if all went ok, and the last day he passed bu to say hi, friendly as just entire Murcia was.

Very convenient location, very center, close to restaurants, cafes, shops. The owner was always in touch, you could contact him for any reason. We lived with a colleague, each had a separate bedroom and a separate bathroom, very comfortable. The apartment is a little dark, there is very little natural light, but this did not bother us.
