The resort was awesome specially their infinity swimming pool, looking into the forest you could hear the sounds of nature. The staff was very nice, always had a smile on their faces as we approached them and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices.

Good property and location. Had issues at cottage which was fixed with an excellent upgrade to jacuzzi suite. Thank you FO manager Ebin to prompt assistance. But being a new property, I see a lot of scope for improvement of services which is detailed in next section.

Property was clean and well appointed, beautiful mountain & garden views from rooms and roof top restaurant. Food was well presented and tasty. Pool was refreshing and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.👍 In house Ayurveda massage options & games room. Road to & into property has recently been upgraded with brand new road, so no problems there.

The location of the hotel and the stall very smiling, always. The infinity pool is amazing, the color of its tiles which is in harmony with the landscape: 💚. Hotel is very quiet.

What an ambience, very comfortable rooms. Staffs are very helpful. Quick check in. Outdoor swimming pool have good privacy with changing room facilities. They have arranged facilities for drivers also Maintain international standards.

The staff are extremely polite and helpful with everything. The rooms are quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast varies each day, offering a combination of western and south indian cuisine.

The location and view are spectacular Rooms are luxurious and comfortable, very clean, all balconies have incredible views. Reception staff cannot do enough to help especially Abin who went so far above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay Excursions and day trips were great, we highly recommend the hiking tour for anyone wanting to explore the mountains and learn more about this amazing place. The infinity pool was cool and refreshing with an amazing view.
