“Pathetic Stay With Unprofessional staffs”

I had booked this property after seeing the images jn the Booking.com of the room and the view. Per day it was nearly 7.5k. Location was given as city center on booking. Com. Whereas we had to spend 2k to reach the place from bustop. And once I reached with my 4 year old and husband they dint even greet us, then starts the shocking surprises. They said we are not allowed to bring food from outside which we thought is fair considering the business. Then we ordered lunch as we had not had anything... simple fried rice took 1.5 hours after repeated calls to reach us, then the room.we got was is basement 3 you can imagine the view... and the room had odor, no hot water in the room, bed linens were torn. Then when I told them this is not the room I had booked, then said this is the only room available and all the other rooms are full and asked me to contact booking.com customer care. When I called booking.com one agent cut the call, later one guy from Philippines relieved the call and listened to the entire story and asked me to wait till talks to the hotel ppl. Then we dint get a call back so we decided we'll checkout from here as this is not what signed up for and it was very expensive... food was pathetic we hardly ate it, it was not freshly made. And they on our face told we have v limited option and you have to eat whatever is available in the menu. Then when we went to the reception to checkout the manager made a huge fuss saying you have used the room(we were there only for 2 hours and had already paid 1k as advance which we were ok to pay) where as the manager himself and the booking.com agent asked us to wait till things gets resolved. Later he demanded us to pay 2500. With no choice and dude to lack of support from booking.com we had to pay and leave. We had travelled for more that 12 hours with a small kid and this is the kind of hospitality we get. It was a horrible choice. I regretted using booking.

The staff was very cooperative, they provide us best if their services and also manage our outside bookings. Food is good and location of the resort is a bit far from main centre
