Clean room, quiet place to stay. Beautiful plants all around. One room had a musty smell or something else unpleasant. Like there was nothing to dislike, but for what we paid, the rooms are not worth it. Everywhere else in India we paid half as much for this type of room.

The place is nestled at the top of the town. You wake up in the morning to an excellent view of the hills and the sound of chirping birds. The garden is so beautiful and it is maintained really well.. The caretaker is a humble person who has great knowledge of the area. He helped us plan our itinerary. The home owner is very welcoming and we spent some time talking to him about the history of the town.

We were welcomed even before our check in time. They spoke beautiful English and told us about the wildlife and birds around the property.

I loved the authenticity of the property, the touch of the bamboo roof in the deluxe room, the proximity to the town, the sounds of the town over the Christmas period. The feeling of locality that staying at this property brought. Kabil our host was incredibly accomodating and involved, helping us navigate upon reaching Munnar. We felt very looked after.

Close to town with restaurants and market, but quiet at night. Location up the hill provides a beautiful view and the garden is nice. Friendly and helping caretaker.

This place is amazing. The owner and there staff is so kind and helpful in every case. Kapil helped me in any issue, so he picked me up from the bus, organised a very good hiking tour all around the tee filds. So if I will come bacj, I will stay there again. It is close to the City but very quiet during the Day and the nicht. You can also spend time sitting outside in the nice garden.

Property was good & decent, Rooms were nice =. Property was really beautiful with full of flowers everywhere loved it so much full of greenery. Kapil was really softspoken person but we had some few challenges with him.

The place was a lovely house with a view over Munnar . The host and staff were very friendly, kind and extremely helpful. Be sure to realise there is a lot of walking up and down steep hills.
