Deserves a 10. First remember what you pay! This is the important factor. With that in mind you get a small quaint and clean room, for me this is what I was after, out of the main city! Only small point is the single room didn't have hot water, but lucky they let me use the room next door, so I could have a hot shower. The hosts are very nice.
