The staff at the front desk were really lovely. They looked out for us and always greeted us when we arrived or left the hotel. I like the spaciousness of the foyer. We went to the bar on our last night and that was a great experience also.

Hmm, this was so odd... we booked a superior room but it was quite crammed and it didn't feel like any luxury given the £340 price tag without breakfast. The staff were friendly as you would expect. This hotel is used as a crew hotel and for group travel which always has a slight suboptimal impact on the atmosphere and flair etc. We stayed during the pre-Christmas period which explains the high price but still you should be able to expect some value for money...

Everything was great and furthermore Mr. Mahmoud is a very friendly, wonderful and helpful person. Honestly I chose to stay in this hotel because of such a person there.

Nice looking building, well appointed and clean rooms, good blackout curtains and comfy beds. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast options were very good.
