We stay one week in hotel. Hotel is located only 6 km from Marienplatz center. Staf people was very frendly,possitive,kind,helpfull. Hotel is very clean,modern,equipped with modern furniture and equipment. Bad was soft and comfortable. Towel was changed every trhee day and cleaning. Inside the -2 floor you can use a laundry. Hotel also have beautifull bar and roof panorama. Near from hotel,only one minute walking you can take to go everywhere. All is cool and I deffinitly recommend.

The room was tidy and cozy. There was a small kitchenette in the room including a spacious fridge and necessities such as plates and cups etc. That was nice if not planning to buy breakfast. Moreover, it was a great bonus that one was allowed to get free coffee from coffee machines which were located in the lobby. The hotel's interior design is colorful and funky and far away from boring. The neighborhood itself was, however, a bit boring if seeking active nightlife or lively restaurants - however, it did not bother us since there were both subway and train stations nearby and other parts of the city could be reached easily.

The room was clean and well presented. The free hot drinks were lovely too. Though a little way outside the city centre, S-bahn and U-bahn stations were only a short walk away making access to the city and old town really easy.

Nicely decorated, good shower water pressure and temperature, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, there is also a gym, the metro station is at a 5-10 minutes walk and it is directly connected to Marienplatz, nice staff, smart TV, quiet

Hidden gem in munich. Close to supermarkets and metro. Unlimited coffee! Has a kitchenette and table for meals within the room. Feels very much at home.
