All was good. They have an excellent room with an excellent happy hour, etc. All the staff were always nice.

Lovely very clean tidy , staff very helpful . Location was amazing , bus, tram, train station over the road 5mins walk if that , taxi rank opposite. Even tour bus companies did pick up from over the road. We did 2 tour bus outings with autobus. Main square for shops restaurants ect 10mins walk.

Location,staff everthing.hotel water not working but offered complimentary breakfast and hot water was working shortly after it.staff handled it well.
