Good for the price, clean. Close to S-Bahn Hirschgarten and tram and bus stops. There is a Edeka near (supermarket) The room was spacey (I got one of the big ones), the bed was confortable and I got clean sheets and a towel. The room had a small fridge, which was convenient. The shared bathroom and toilet were always empty and clean.

i usually book this hotel when there are concerts in the nearby "Backstage" venue, and for that you cannot get a better place to stay at. It's around 500 meters from the venue by foot, less than an hour from München Hbf by foot and there are supermarkets nearby as well (Aldi Süd, Rewe, Edeka Hammerer, dm, and maybe even more). The nearby "Kastaniengarten" restaurant is also a great place to eat, and gives good insight in traditional Bavarian food, as well as being well worth your money.

Very clean and very spacious. You could turn heat on or off which was really good for cold munich days and nights.

The room and the facilities were clean and beds were very comfortable. There are two separate keys for mens and womens bathrooms. It is possible to adjust the heating in the room. S - bahn station is right across the street so the city center is accessible in 15 minutes. Great value for the price.

Great location, great price for a city like Munich. Cafes an restaurents nearby. Buses, Tram and S-Bahn reachable on foot.

Extremely clean, with staff going over the place nearly every single day. Well-equipped shared kitchen and decent showers. The staff handed out soda cans and beer cans several times a week.
