Close to the center, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was spacious.

location is perfect, we didn't even use the underground, everything to see in Munich is within walking distance. Heated floor next to bathroom was a bonus in the cold weather. And when managing to get through to reception they were efficient.
