Close to OlympiaPark,and just one door from a really good.restaurant. Nice and calm streets, comfortable beds,nice breakfast,foot to have a parkin space under the hotel

The room was clean, and warm, it had everything you need for a long weekend, i.e. small kitchenette, table, chairs and bed. the bathroom was clean and modern. the Hotel was near to a Tram stop (two lines) that went into the centre of Munich regularly. There's a supermarket next door, breakfast was available at a price, but we chose to buy our own. Also next door there is a great Italian restaurant. (But nothing else nearby).

Room and facilities was fine for a few days easy location to central munich only 4 stops on the u1 line from Gern station.

The hotel offered a warm and cozy stay with a well-equipped kitchenette, including coffee, tea, utensils, a microwave, and a fridge. Despite its compact size, the room had ample space, a small dining table, and was exceptionally clean. Highly recommended for a functional and comfortable experience.

We were accommodated in the newer building. The room was spacious and clean. Location was really great, just 3-4 minutes walk from tram and uban stations.

The room had everything in that was needed very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A nice quiet lovely location.

Mostly the location. Peaceful residential location. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fine. The little kitchen was well-equipped and an ingenious use of space. I found it very useful. Having the supermarket (and a pizza restaurant) immediately next door was ideal. Not too far from the U-Bahn station Gern.
