the cleanliness is awesome, hotel is offering 2 free bottles of water, however not refilling minibar on the next day (while I pay the same price for the next night). I was disturbed by a tram at 5am, so if it's possible ask for a room on a silent part of the building. I was there on an Octoberfest period, so it was not possible.

The hotel is in a perfect location. Public transport (S-Bahn, subway, tram and train station) within a 5 minute walk. King’s suite had enough space for us(2 adults with 2 children). Breakfast was also good. Room was clean.

We liked that it was close to the central train station and that it was easy to get to the tourist centre by walking or public transport. If you prefer, The €10 voucher cards given for each day you don't have your room cleaned are a nice app
