- friendly staff - public transport that runs until late at night - quiet suburban area - parking - comfortable mattresses, pillows and blankets - fridge - kettle available - 2 sockets and personal lighting by each bed

Strategic position: not too far from the city center but far enough to be a quiet place where you can relax. It's also near a couple of places worth visiting, like the BMW Museum and the BMW Welt, the Olympiapark and the the Sea Life Aquarium. It's also near to a Lidl if you need to buy some food or other stuff

Facilities are very modern and rooms are large. The hotel has a very special style, you can tell that the owners put a lot of attention to every detail.

We had a very good and comfortable stay at House of Records. We stayed in a room with two bunk beds and we found it clean and functional. It is located in a quiet street in the outskirts of the city with a private parking. We felt very welcome and particularly valued the friendliness and sense of hospitality of the managers.

My best friend and I travelled with our 8yo kids, and my friend was very trepidatious about the fact that I booked a hostel. I’d read reviews and felt confident in my choice, but from the perspective of someone who walked in with a lot of anxiety: The property and the staff completely exceeded every expectation she had. They were incredibly kind and helpful to us, to our kids, and ensured that we had everything we needed during our stay. The beds were more comfortable than the 4-5* hotels I’ve stayed in recently in both Deutschland and the USA.
