In the Pegasus hotel you get exactly what you expect: a very clean - calm- family run- with all the basics - place to sleep. Rooms are all very similar with a desk, bedside lights, a coffee machine and a minimalist decor and furnishing. Rooms are warm and the en-suite has all you need. As our family lives around the corner the location is - for us- perfect too! Staff are always extremely friendly and helpful.

Extremely friendly owner who offered to clean our toilet first so that we could wash up as we took an overnight bus and arrived early in the morning. He gave us suggestions about what to explore in Munich and recommended a nice place when we asked about tasting Bavarian cuisine. We even found a poker set in the cupboard which we enjoyed playing.

Very kind and friendly receptionist, host is easy to communicate with and willing to meet our needs. Hotel old school kind of, specious hallways but the room is rather small even though nothing was missing. Comfortable and very large double bed. Coffee machine Nespresso in the room.

The hosts were super friendly and very helpful. Although they do not offer breakfast, they were not shy about pointing us where we could find a really good one. This is a perfect place to come with family. The balcony was an amazing surprise.

There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and a tram/metro station about 15 minutes walk away, which provides access to the central station. This was OK for me because I like to walk. There are restaurants and grocery shops nearby. I was surprised to find a mini fridge in my room. The self check-in instructions were very helpful because I arrived late at the hotel.

It was good value for money - if you want luxury you have to pay for it , so it’s fair to say it was a budget hotel in a quiet area . There was traffic noise , but not excessive . It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was fair - it’s about 40 mins to Munich centre via either bus or train . Bus stop right outside the hotel and train station about 12 minute walk away . Overall a reasonable place to explore Munich
