The staff are very friendly and attentive to any requests. There was very little waiting time for room service and everything arrived hot and well prepared. Our balcony was particularly pleasant overlooking a pretty garden. We were very comfortable and happy with our stay!

We had an executive double which was well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, the balcony was an added bonus and the bathroom and shower excellent. The complimentary mini bar and coffee machine were a welcome addition. Overall a very nice stay.

Are out across the road at Kazer market, which is an exceptional delicatessen, albeit an expensive one. Having said that Munich isn’t cheap. Expect to pay through the nose for most things.

The staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. Great location, just far enough out of the busy centre and near the gardens. The room was very nice, comfortable and well serviced and the air conditioning was essential. Lovely Molton Brown products too. The food shop/cafe over the road was an added bonus too and definitely worth a visit.

The hotel has a very nice terrace and an overall very nice vibe and the location is great. We were on the 6th floor and had nice views of the street. The staff is very pleasant and are always extra accommodating.

Everything perfect! The hotel is very cozy, the staff is super friendly and attentive, room very comfort, restaurant and bar are amazing. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The breakfast was top class. Nothing important was missing, including the natural products (yoghurt, integral bread etc.) you would expect in such a hotel. Taking the breakfast in their wonderful green garden is an indulge of senses. The location is nice, within an elegant neighbourhood, from what we have seen.
