Staff were very friendly even when one of my friends were sick. Room was exactly what we needed only negative was the shower head faced nearer the wall than the shower tub.

The hotel is very well placed near the Marienplatz in a quiet zone. A lot of different style of restaurants are around. Isarparkhaus is nearby and paying at the hotel (15,5€/day) gives you acces all day round with a ticket which you can have from the gas station (parking and gas station are managed by the same business).

Very simple breakfast (but did the job), nice area (near tube and walking distance from in example Christmas Markets). Building is pretty old (as well the rooms) but interesting. Years ago this has been fabulous I think. Now just ok.

Lovely rooms and found the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was nice and they offer a selection of coffees. Great location to the old town and train station.
