Newly opened in March 2011, this family-run hotel is just a 6-minute walk from Munich Central Station. Hotel Demas City offers daily buffet breakfasts and modern rooms with free Wi-Fi.

Near the syoermarkets and most of tourist spots. Also 8min walk to main train station.

A very comfortable stay. The room was modern, exceptionally clean and a decent size with a very comfortable bed. It was well appointed and the bathroom was spotless with a great shower. The young male receptionist was very nice and helpful. There is no kettle in the room although you can get one from reception. I highly recommend Hotel Demas City.

Met 3 different receptionist during my stay and they were all very accommodating and friendly. Was there recently during winter and the room itself is really comfortable. The hotel is situated near the city centre about 7 mins walk and 8 mins walk to Munich HBF, in case you are backpacking or carrying a big luggage you don’t have to worry about paying Uber as you can just walk over to the station. It’s also a bonus for the Muslim travellers as you can conveniently find halal food downstairs next and opposite to the hotel.

The hotel’s location is excellent, close to Marienplatz. The neighborhood is safe for walking and offers many bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The room matches the description and photos perfectly. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!
