Location. In walking distance to central station, as well as to festival area (Oktoberfest / Silvester). Backyard side is silent. Breakfast is OK. Nice receptionists during the day. Explained all questions.

Well located hotel with lovely helpful staff. Room was small and bathroom very small. We were at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet. Close to Munchen HBF which was excellent for getting to places via train. 15 mInutes walk to the old centre. Good cold breakfast with the standard european offerings. Bonus dog! Loved the greeting we got from Harry when we got back each evening.
