The staff are superb, incredibly helpful and on hand when you need a bit more assistance. Food (breakfast) is great, and the location is just 10mins walk from Marienplatz. Highly recommended

Our experience at the hotel and in the room was lovely. Staff was WONDERFUL. So helpful and gave excellent recommendations for eating out and traveling to and fro on the trains. Daily room cleaning was great. Loved the sconces on the walls in our room. The old world sink and bathroom was such a nice change from all the modern finishes most hotels put in nowadays. It was absolutely charming! Just the right amount of furniture and also a nice desk to use during the stay. Our room also had a cozy little sofa to relax on instead of the bed only. Plenty of storage space and a bathtub. Turndown and chocolates would have been a nice touch :) Overall, we loved our time here.

Location very central, easily accessible coming from the airport, connecting to all public transport. Lobby very nice, spent time reading there in the morning until my gf woke up!

The hotel was located centrally between the main train station and Karlsplatz. Marienplatz was only a 10min walk farther east.

Staff welcoming and accommodating great room and quiet fabulous bar/restaurant easy to get to from hauptbahnhof easy access to the main city areas have stayed before and will happily stay again
