Lovely, cosy hotel, with excellent warm service. The buffet breakfast is simple but satisfying, and the staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We enjoyed the option to not have our room serviced every day, and used the credits for the mini-bar, which was a nice touch. The hotel is located right by the main train station for Munich which makes it very convenient for arrival by train or onward travel by train, and it’s a short walk into the central tourist areas of Munich. It’s our second time at the hotel, this time with our children, who were both accommodated in our room. The rooms are not spacious, but they are recently refurbished and very clean and cosy.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel location was perfect, near the train and bus stations and the centre of the city. Breakfast was amazing. Hotel very clean. Underfloor heating in bathroom.

1. Location - excellent location and very near to the city center as well as the underground/ Munich HbF 2. Breakfast - Excellent breakfast. They offer both buffet items as well as cooked-to-order hot items. The wait staff there were very attentive and helpful! A special shout-out to Lambrose who was excellent in his service! He remembered our room numbers, what we like to eat and drink, where we like to seat etc details. Lambrose really made our breakfast really enjoyable! Thank you! 3. Bed - very comfortable bed and pillows
