The hotel was very clean and an authentic building. The staff were welcoming and friendly. However, considering the temperatures, it would be nice to have air conditioning or even a fan in the bedroom. Breakfast was nice, but some eggs would have added to the selection.

Staff is so helpful and friendly, so hospitable, I have only good words for them. They extend beyond their service and are willing to help out, with parking, great with kids.

The breakfast was excellent. Great choice of seasonal fruit- first time I have ever had cherries on offer! The staff were truly exceptional - friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The area was good near a tube, park and lots of local restaurants.
