Great location, very close to the center and railway station! The room is clean, cozy and absolutely fine for the short accomodation. I liked the possibility to have the nice free coffee and buy the good wine at the ground floor.

Great breakfast with lots of choice. Ladies at breakfast were very cheerful and friendly. Great location: tram station outside door to city centre and main train station (Hbf).

We loved the location of the hotel. It is accessible via the metro or tram and the tram stop is right in front which made going to the old town and the Munich HB very easy. The room and lounge were very comfortable and cozy but the room itself could use some better lighting, especially in winter. Overall we would stay here again.

The hotel was very good. Not far from the main train station. Nice and helpfull staff, clean rooms, comforatble bed. The bathroom was also large enough. Cofee and tea free of charge for every guest. Quiet and peaceful place. Tramway stop in front of the hotel. Two supermarkets in close distance.

I would recommend this accommodation. We were especially delighted by the fact that the coffee machine is available 24 hours a day. Accommodation unit equipped with all furniture and everything necessary.

Modern apartment with free flow coffee and hot chocolate at hotel lobby. Location is right next to the tram station for easy access to all attractions.

Everything . The staff were absolutely wonderful . Daniel welcomed us and was so accommodating with our requests and directions . Elena solved our transport issues . We managed to get to the place we wanted to visit . Not sure what someone was giving out about the soap . It was blackcurrant and sage and had a natural herbal smell . All in all , thank you for a lovely trip citadine . We will definitely be back

Nice staff, clean at a good location. It was a brilliant guidance from booking to register (I got an Email with a link to pre-register so that I only had to grab the key when I arrived - and yes, it worked! I booked without breakfast but in the lobby is a coffee maker to get coffee for free 24/7, nice idea. A safe was available, but a bit small for large laptops.
