We stayed in family room. It was 2 rooms connected with an internal door. Both rooms have small kitchen. Rooms was clean and comfortable. Both light tram or ubahn stations are in few minutes walking distance

I stayed here for Oktoberfest. I had to book last minute as the Ibis along the road cancelled my booking the week before. However, it was a really good room with kitchen facilities and fridge. Better than the IBIS. Price was OK considering it was a last minute booking during Oktoberfest. 10 minute walk to the train station and then it is a direct train into the city centre.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was more than I'd expected. The location was also prime - 3 minute walk from the hotel to an U-Bahn station or a grocery store, many nice restaurants for any taste within 1 km of the property.

Very close to U-Bahn with direct link to the Central Station. Nice and safe quiet neighbourhood, close to the pleasant Ostpark. Small kitchenette with basic equipment, decemt desk and chair for work. Spacious and even with a balcony, excellent value for money.

Property is clean and conveniently located at 20 mins via tram to the centre of Munich aldtstadt. Excellent connections with the U Bahn too Breakfast served was par excellence! Thankyou
