We stayed at this place for one week. The property fully met our expectations based on the photos. The host was responsive, helping us with the instructions and approving a flexible check-in. We were satisfied with the size and style of the apartment. It was clean and neat with all the necessary tools and amenities for us. I liked the quality of some furniture, which is well maintained. We were able to adjust the room temperature in winter. It was convenient to have a bath and a shower for different purposes. The location is far from the city centre, but you can easily find all the necessary transportation and stores near. We enjoyed our walks in the parks and a half-hour commuting. I will definitely recommend this place for people, who would like to feel the living area vibes in Munich 😊

The property is very clean, comfortable, spacious, and has most of the amenities of an actual house. Munich was the last leg of my vacation trip with my partner and after staying in hotels in various European cities, it was just lovely that we can finally stay in an accommodation that does feel like a home and since it has a kitchen my boyfriend cooked a heart dinner for our last evening in the city. We didn’t expect that one of the best highlights of our holiday together was the accommodation more than the tourist spots we visited. A totally unforgettable stay!

It is in a lovely neighborhood filled with families and kids playing. Two big stores nearby for grocery shopping. Once you figure out the road to the center, quite easy to get in and out. Great for Oktoberfest to get away from the crowds each evening.

This place is really quiet, cozy, clean, near to a nice park, not far from city center. Edeka and Rewe is near to the place.
