Location is great . Reception staff were all very friendly and helpful . Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows to choose from . Kitchen was stocked with enough plates and cups etc . Never ran out of hot water . 24 reception so it’s very safe

The location is excellent. Near the central station and walkable to the shopping street. Daily coffee downstairs is fantastic.

The apartment was perfect, large and just 5 mins walk from the subway. Clean, without any noise and equipped. And the staff was incredibly gentle and polite. Mr. Rabia especially was great with our little son.

Absolutely 💯 for a family. The hotel even has washing laundry facilities of hotel quality for guests to use. The staff are absolutely lovely and so welcoming. Spotlessly clean with more kitchen equipment than any apartment we’ve stayed in. Super warm, fantastic heating. Only a block from the train station and Lidl supermarket, it couldn’t be more convenient. We will recommend to friends and absolutely stay again.

Easy to walk into Old Town and to Museums. The apartment was well equipped and met our expectations.

4 mins to Munchen HBF. And other public transport. 25 mins walk to Marienplatz area n tourist sightseeing places. Hotel was clean, towels were changed daily, and they have a great cafe next door for you to grab breakfast before your trip for the day. Supermarkets are nearby for snacks. Mostly, hotel staff was professional and very friendly. The area may look a little rowdy in the evening because there are many betting shops. But if you keep a lookout and not home too late, it's safe.
