Location, but because of the construction it made the hotel hard to find but still it is near to trams and Munich Central, the staff were very accommodating and helpful that what made it exceptional.

Close to train, staff were nice when asked to have two rooms together. Didn’t have breakfast as I felt over priced however looked nice.

Oure room was big with a lot of space, but the bathroom was dirty, with a lot of black mold. Globally it was clean in hotel, not old. 5 min walk to train station or metro.

Breakfast was great. It was comfortable to check in and move around the hotel even though it was fully booked and many people were getting in and out.
