Stayed 1 night with family - arrived at night around 8pm. Although the route to the hotel was filled with a lot of construction work, busy city activities and people, we were greeted with a very warm welcome by a nice and friendly receptionist called Paolo! He was so helpful, spoke good English and was so willing and ready to answer any and every question we might have had. He was even so kind enough to recommend a good Italian restaurant within walking distance for us to have dinner that night, the food was fantastic! Besides the busy construction work and city activities, was a good stay and super service from Mr. PAOLO! Thank you so much Signore! 😉😎❤️

The lady in reception was very helpful. We arrived early and she let us into our room early so we could go into the city center. The location is excellent, 15 minutes walk from the train station and less than 30 minute walk to the main attractions. Our room was spacious and clean.

The hotel was ok. I think it was closer to a 3-star hotel than a 4-star, but it was fine. I can't say there was something special, but on the other hand I don't have anything to complain about. The breakfast was OK, also nothing special, but a lot of options to choose from

Astor is perfect if you are looking for a budget hotel. The location is pretty good and the room is very clean and unexpectedly large. The staff was also so kind and helpful

The hotel is within walking distance of the main train station and the Old City. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good.
