Great location, easy to walk to most of Munich's major attractions. The staff were very friendly, and the coffee maker down at reception is free to use for all of your coffee/tea/hot chocolate needs (always a bonus!). We had a lovely Christmas break here and would definitely stay again :)

The location is good and free coffee at the lobby is a benefit and also the staff are friendly. But honestly would rather to spend a little bit more to stay somewhere else if there are other better options.

We could help ourselves to free coffee, tea and hot chocolate whenever we wanted. The property is a 10 minute walk away from the station, and similarly from Karlsplatz making the location quite convenient. The coffee shop just round the corner and Lidl supermarket close is a great bonus.

Very convenient location to train stations, bus stops. The bed was super comfortable. Iron and board was in the bed room. Coffee machine was a nice touch in the lobby. Can’t comment on the kitchen as we did not use it.

Only 5 minute walk from the main railway Staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities as described even supplying washing up liquid Lidl 2 minute walk. Very convenient for Christmas markets and the Okoberfest site.

Picking the location went very well. Having a receptionist at the desk on arrival (late) getting free coffee (with your own cup from room)

Excellent hassle free short stay. Very close to railway station and an easy 20 minute walk into the centre of Munic with all the sites Friendly staff Eating places near by Highly recommend
