The location is excellent. The automatic entry aspect was a bit overwhelming, but there was a phone for help right there and everything went without a hitch. The hotel is close to the train station, easy to walk with our luggages. The location is excellent. The rooms are very comfortable. You can leave your luggage if you arrive early. We were going to use that service, but our room was ready as we were told over the phone and managed to check in early.

Deluxe room was so spacious, lovely bathroom, all the extras like shampoo conditioner and body lotion was so appreciated, luggage storage available, great communication with host, excellent location and California Cafe downstairs was super and so friendly, delicious breakfast from an extensive menu!

The location is walking distance away from places I want to visit. The room is cleaned everyday. Never run out of toiletry supplies and free bottled water everyday. Great value for money.
