The staff is extremely friendly, understanding, and helpful. The hotel is completely clean, and everything is new. It offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The beds were comfortable, the location of the property was also perfect, around 1.5 km close to the city center and the main Christmas market. The reception staff and buffet staff was also great.

The location is not far from the Hauptbahnhof but the street is mostly quiet during the night. We'd got a room with lot of space. The staff was nice and gave us a room earlier than the check-in time which was not available if you checked in using self-check in.
