The Hotel is well organised, clean and has all the services you need. The stuff was incredibly friendly. I loved the newer rooms and the pool area. We stayed there for tourism and went on a couple of booked tours in Mumbai and everything worked out perfectly with pick up and drop off since everyone know the hotel. I actually got very sick the last day of my stay and the stuff took care of me so well, they organised me soup and rice and I got an offer in case I wanted a doctor could have been sent to me. I’ve never experienced such carrying Hotel stuff and we will definitely come back for another stay.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the showers were great. The facilities were also really good. Especially the gym, sauna, and pool. Special thanks to Tanvir, who was very helpful around the sauna and pool area. It was my birthday so I got a special decoration and even a small gift 😍

Each & every needs was taken care in detail during our stay. Nothing to complain about. Excellent ambience. Room was nice ands today only small part that seems like it was not hoovered properly & can see dust in the floor. Second day also it was not noticed. It was not bothering so not to mind. Rest everything exceptional.

What amazing service and personal touches for the room during our stay. The housekeeping staff set up an anniversary treat for us, complete with gifts for both my husband and I and handwritten cards with a thoughtful message, complete with a cake and petals. It was the first place we've been where staff were sincerely happy and always smiling
