Very kind staff , we felt very welcome in the middle of the night. The bed is still too short for European people, but comparing to other hotels close to the airport, is the Best Mumbai Hotel very good. We stayed there for the second time.

Staff is very nice. Not maintained properly. I stayed here many time safe space. It seems overpriced this time. Towels provided when asked. Two small pieces of soap provided. So many amenities enlisted on booking.com which is not available for eg. hair dryer. Bed sheet and lined was not upto the mark, I found spots on it. SAFE PLACE BUT DONT EXPECT MUCH

I have been visiting this property for almost an year now and its safe to say that its been good. The staffs are really good and the rooms are very comfortable.
