The location near Marine Drive and Churchgate is superb. Staff was friendly and supportive. The rooms were nice and fairly decently sized for Mumbai

All were very attentive, very good customer service skills. Food and presentation was excellent, best buffet breakfast. Dinner was excellent. A nice boutique hotel that reflected Mumbai India and it's vibe!

The hotel is comfortable and in a good location for those who want to experience sunsets on Marine Drive. It has a few good restaurants and cafes close by, too. Staff are friendly and professional.

Breakfast was acceptable, location was good, however we were 2 person and we found only one cup of tea and glass, we have remained but no response from their end, finally we decided to manage with one cup and glass. Actually it’s meant a lot. I used to visit Mumbai my last stay was in Trident hotel. Thnx

During my stay there was heavy Rain and the room was flooded with water as it had seeped in through the windows. The Hotel staff immediately came to my help and helped me shift to another upgraded room very efficiently and quickly. The Manager apologised and was very helpful.
