Please note that for security purpose all Indian guests are required to present a valid photo ID proof (Voter's ID, Driving Licence, Aadhar Card, any other ID with address approved by the Government of India. A Pan Card is not acceptable). All international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa. For Indian guests, cash settlements of INR 25000 and above will require a pan card copy during check out.Children accompanying guests who book meal inclusive plans will be entitled to a free stay in the existing bedding on room only basis. For meal inclusion, a child supplement would be charged at check-in. Please reach out to the hotel for further details on the child supplement.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Everything about Taj exhibits royalty, the service the people the food the rooms everything is always amazing. Taj Santacruz has now become our set when we are in Mumbai. Our kids absolutely love staying there.

Very co convenient hotel if you are travelling to/ from the airport. Rooms were spacious and luxurious. Bathtube was a treat. Beds extremely comfortable. Linen - top quality. This was one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed (and I stayed in many 5* hotels around the world). The best was the kindness of all personnel: extremely helpful and going out of their way to help. They facilitated a lot of my requests and solved problems. Big thank you to Diksha for her kindness!

As the name suggests Taj...means best! Great food with endless varieties, smiling & helpfull staff always ready to serve you with extended efforts. Smooth check in & check out ! I had a great time staying here & would like to specially mention about Ms. Bandana from Guest & Relations department who really stand out in her services. Always smiling & greeting us & paying extra attention whether we are comfortable or not. Food & beverages staff at Tiqri also deserves an applaud for their hard work & flawless services with big smiles on their faces. Would love to visit again & again...Thank you for such wonderful stay...

Breakfast was a delightful highlight, with an impressive spread that catered to every palate. Each dish was crafted with care, offering a taste of authentic flavors and fresh ingredients that left me excited for the next morning. The staff’s attention to detail in catering to my preferences was exemplary – they seemed to anticipate my needs before I even voiced them.
