A Pan Card is not acceptable). All international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa. For Indian guests, cash settlements of INR 25000 and above will require a pan card copy during check out.All meal inclusive offers are comprises of a set meal at designated venue.Children accompanying guests who book meal inclusive plans will be entitled to a free stay in the existing bedding on room only basis. For meal inclusion, a child supplement would be charged at the designated outlet. Applicable taxes are extra.

All dining areas were great. Plenty to choose from if you didn’t want to leave the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Staff were very efficient and attentive

amazing staff, great location and good food! i also used the spa services while i was there and had one of the best massages of my life! thai pavilion is a must-try restaurant as well. the breakfast options in the morning is quite varied, catering for both local and continental cuisine. the staffs were all very polite and attentive to our needs, a sign of good training! the premises were spot clean and the location is well known among taxi drivers, which makes it easy to travel by taxi from the hotel. the view from my room was stunning, immediately putting us in a good mood every morning!

Breakfast was generous and staff very attentive. The space is extremely cramped and uncomfortable. Hot food to order was very good. Last 2 days the poori Bhaji was very bad, pooris were cooked over extremely high heat - cooked on the outside and raw on the inside. Jalebi was a real treat. Chicken dish on offer every day, definitely give it a miss. Excellent chai and filter coffee. Good selection of breads.

We only stayed for one night and it happened to be my wife’s birthday. Staff had decorated the room with party balloons and presented a cake , chocolates and a fruit basket. It really made our stay special .

The pool and gym were good, the staff member looking after both was lovely and friendly. The staff working in the restaurant for breakfast were great. They remembered our names and drinks orders each morning. They were very friendly without being over the top. The hotel is in a good position for lots of things like shopping and tourist attractions.

The location of the hotel is perfect for walking or taking a taxi (short ride) to famous tourist sites. The hotel has beautiful Christmas decorations with a luxurious feel. Most importantly, the staff who speak good English are extremely kind and helpful. The Breakfast is outstanding and has the most incredible choices with amazing service!
