needed to find a room for the night before an early morning flight. I chose a hotel near the airport to avoid traffic jams. The hotel is 15-20 minutes from the airport at night and early in the morning. The staff is very polite and helpful. There is a good cafe next to the restaurant. The room is clean and quiet.

I’m very happy about Hotel Naaz Executive in Mumbai. It was above all expectations. Quiet location 10 minutes from the international airport. Clear and big room include air condition I TV. Every day cleaning, free washing clothes, enough free drinking water and juice in mine fridge. Free breakfast and many compliments from hotel. Friendly staff always ready to help and answer any questions about the city. Especially Yusuf, who helped me to choose the best dish for dinner every evening. Drivers Irshad and Khan, who show me all Mumbai and tell enough information about City. I’ve strongly recommended hotel for all visitors. I’ll be back soon.

This hotel far exceeded all of our expectations!! We were collected from the airport by a very lovely driver who was very friendly and spoke perfect English. We were welcomed with drink and fruit on arrival and there were so many complimentary treats as part of this room! Exceptionally clean and the staff were the friendliest we have encountered having stayed in 2 other hotels in India both 5 star. They work exceptionally hard to deliver a great service

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were great. Airport pickup excellent - driver waited a number of hours for us to arrive/clear immigration. Close to Phoenix Market City with many restaurant options.

We had asked the hotel to arrange the pick-up service. It was free and the driver was very nice. When we arrived, we got a welcome cookies, fruits and one beverage. It was really a good hoteling experience and a comfortable start in Mumbai!

Spacious and super clean rooms with comfy beds, good wi-fi, hot water and very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located close to the airport and the pickup service is great. I would definitely stay there again!
