When I arrived I was given a room that had just been renovated and apart from the smell of fresh paint it was excellent. Unfortunately about half an hour after arriving the local temple started playing exceptionally loud music outside my window and it was like being in a disco. I complained and asked to be moved which was done without any trouble so can't fault them for that.

Unfortunately only a 1 night transit stay as located close to airport, but would also be great for sightseeing base too, very efficient staff, especially the super helpful concierge who went above and beyond, loved the bath and all the complimentary toiletries, would definitely stay again

We were four of us parents and two twin girls . Somehow during the booking we missed the breakfast part. But that's alright. We liked the place and would have loved to have them give us a complimentary airport drop

The staff were incredibly helpful, bending over backwards to resolve a problem that we had (not with the hotel). The hotel itself was in a great location for us, right next door to a metro station. It was very clean, modern, with a good breakfast and dinner selection. The waiting staff were very efficient. The room was very comfortable, and we had little treats every day - around 5 p.m. some chocolates would arrive ready for bed time. Mine never lasted that long!
