- According to the government regulations, a valid photo ID showing address must be carried by every person checking in the hotel. Passport with valid visa compulsory for foreigners.
- Early check-in subject to availability. Prior to 9 am will be chargeable at a special rate of INR 3000 inclusive of all taxes.
- Late check-out subject to availability. Later than 1300 hrs a special rate of INR 3000 inclusive of all taxes will be charged for any checkouts till 1800 hrs thereafter full day charge as per the prevailing rate will be applicable.
- Please note that couples are required to produce a marriage certificate or any valid proof of marriage at the time of check-in.
- Please note that at check-in, all guests must present a valid proof of identification and of on-going travel.
- Visitors are strictly not allowed in the room.
- Smoking strictly not allowed in the room.
- The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.

Location is good, and breakfast was great. A lot of different options, and went on until 10.30am which meant we didn’t have to wake up at dawn to eat like in other places. Staff were very friendly, and helpful and attentive at all times. Room was clean, and bedsheets and towels were changed and fresh everyday. We were on the 10th floor, and the views were pretty cool too!

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect for those who want to be around Worli and Mumbai Central, with easy access to nearby attractions. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in this area!

The rooms are very neat and clean..and spacious too.. The room has an electric kettle for tea and coffee.. Had to call the technician twice for the TV.. Not too many channels available... Bathroom is small but comfortable.. Only liquid soaps are provided by the hotel.. No other toiletries.. The restaurants are good but overpriced.. The breakfast is not worth eating.. Food is not tasty.. Location of the hotel is good..chowpaty is at a walking distance..Nariman point is about 10-15 mins drive by cab.. Overall a good place to stay.. Would highly recommend the hotel. Staff is very helpful..

Excellent location with lovely restaurant serving breakfast with different variety every day and service was impeccable .Nothing was too much trouble for them and room service was good too .Liked the hotel very much .Will definitely visit again at the hotel .
