This hotel is a gem in the heart of Mumbai. Very clean , with courteous staff and impeccable service. Our stay was stress free and a breeze. The location is fantastic , with close proximity to lots of places of interest and shopping. The place is surrounded by eateries offering good food. A stay at the Heritage gave us a true mumbai experience and we enjoyed thoroughly. Highly recommended.

This is a budget hotel in a little bit of a local area. Right near a train station that is only 3 stops from main station, and there are some restaurants around. There is only one floor that has completely no smoking rooms. The first room I was given was not on this floor, but they moved me to it. A bit of a quirky building design: all of the windows of the rooms look out onto a corridor that then has windows along the front of the building. The rooms are raised a little to give some privacy, but I had my curtains across most of the time. This lack in privacy is compensated by the rooms having NO traffic sounds whatsoever. The breakfast was decent. The staff were friendly.
