Good deal if you are going for a family room. The room was nice and clean with all the facilities. and extremely comfortable Whenever I needed assistance, the support team was quick to respond and always willing to assist.

The hotel staff were excellent. Loved the vibe of the hotel. The whole hotel had such good music from the lobby to the lift,Rooms were clean,beds were comfy and had a flat pillow and soft pillow, I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I had week stay, enjoyed the facilities, comfort, breakfast, service provided. Thanks to Chand, Anas, Salim, Prakash, Shanker, Mister many for their almost prompt services and chef Banty for making delicious breakfast. Noticed all the time hotel kept hygiene and clean.

Cleanliness, good wifi, hot water, tasty breakfast with egg omelets available. Good prices on room service. The young manager is very friendly.

The receptionist Afzal, he was very accomodating and was helping to assist on the needs. I could feel that he had some kind of freedom to make decisions on behalf of the hotel which in my opinion is very important as I work for Royal Caribbean cruises and not wasting time to call manager and etc is very crucial. He deserve all my recommendations.

Between 25-31 Rupees in Auto to the metro station Versova. Receptionist Afzal - Great person and funny, other things on the hotel may make you upset but after talking to him, all was fine, even if not fixed, he make you overseeing it just with way of doing things and communicate, he is a great guy,.
