The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming & polite & became like family during our stay, particularly the doorman. However, all staff work diligently. Our thanks to all of them! The daily serviced apartments was lovely, and the laundry service exceptional! Breakfast was always good, and there was a great selection. We always felt safe walking as two women around Bandra West, the location of the hotel was central to all our needs. We have made memories for a lifetime in Bombay! Thank you to all from Grand Residency Hotel and serviced apartments

Excellent staff. Sankesh upgraded us to better room and we were able to check in early. We have stayed here before and Sankesh was fantastic on every trip we stayed there. Room service was great. All staff were fantastic. Sardar at door entrance always greeted us with a smile.

Excellent hotel, Great Location. All staff were fantastic.& courteous.....Sankesh & Shankar were both great to deal with....Excellent customer service skills... I defenitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Mumbai from Australia.
