Breakfast was good, everything seemed sanitary. Staff was very friendly. The area is not super pleasant, but it is not too far of a trip into other parts of the city. Weirdly, I had a pair of sandals left in the bathroom when I arrived, which made me wonder if the place was not well-cleaned, but everything else seemed in good condition.

I had a great stay at the Elphinstone Annexure Hotel. The rooms were clean, and the location was perfect, close to top attractions. I enjoyed the complimentary evening tea and the tasty breakfast. While the rooms were a bit small, it was a comfortable and affordable option.

Exceptional staff who are truly helpful and service-oriented. Excellent location and comfortable beds. Nice amenities with coffee and tea, as well as a clean and fresh room. The shower had wonderfully hot water, and the internet connection was fast and reliable. A big plus is that they accept card payments.

Everything was really good - the staff was super helpful, the breakfast was tasty, and the location is good as well (very central i.e. near the main attractions, although the hotel is on a busy avenue). Apart from the breakfast, the hotel also has complimentary afternoon tea, which is a nice touch. The room is small, yes, but that's not a negative point (for us), as we were out for most of the day.

An Oasis of old fashioned charm and good service above the hustle and bustle of Mumbai. Hard to believe the transformation as you go up the shared stairs and into the door of the hotel. The staff are really careful to look after you and sort you out. One problem with out air con was fixed professionally and with no fuss. This place is highly recommended.

Once you step inside you leave the mayhem of Mumbai behind. Excellent service by the entire staff, we had a great stay and felt very welcome. Breakfast is served in a hallway and the menu changes daily. In the afternoon and evenings people will enjoy each other's company here, it has a nice vibe. Would definitely stay here again.
