2. Amendment to reservation allowed only once and minimum 24 hours before check in date.Please note that once the reservation is amended it cannot be further amended or cancelled.Please note that 48 hours before the proposed date of check in 25% will be deducted.
From 24 - 47 hours before the proposed date of check in - 50% will be deducted and 24 hours within the proposed date of check in - no refund will be provided.Please note that the property requires valid proof of identification with confirmation voucher (e-voucher) of at least one guest whose name figures in the guest names. Valid ID can be passport, driving license and pan card.Please note that couples are required to produce a marriage certificate or any valid proof of marriage at the time of check-in. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Location is perfect, right at the Arkabati-Kaveri river sangam, you can take a bath at any of the river and come back to your room. Staffs are good, food also good. Nobody should expect a 5-star quality service here.

Canteen food and service were good. Only rooms need to be renovated. There was no single point for recharge of mobile in working conditions. Windows had no wire mesh for air ventillation as a result could not open the windows and air circulation affected in Non AC rooms, due to monkeys. Since budjet is approved for renovation, it should have been carried out by this lean period. How do you do it in busy travel season when people are venturing out now with vengeance as per a news report. Please keep a tip box for us to contribute which can be shared among all staff.
