Breakfast was excellent, facilities were great. Excellent value for money. Red sand dunes right across the road nice place to walk in the evenings.

This is a great resort, right at the beach. The rooms were spotlessly clean and there is a complementary mini bar service everyday. The breakfast was great too. We dined ( a la carte) at the resort everyday too and paid for this in advance. With the dinner, we had a mixed experience, some dishes were better than others, and overall expensive regarding what is on offer. Drinking water was free at the rooms, and provided unlimited at the corridors going to the rooms (which we thought was a great gesture), but it was not free at the restaurant. We wondered why they could not offer some water free of charge at the restaurant, at least to those who paid for the dinner. Such small gestures make a huge difference. The biggest disappointment for us was the sea at this location. We were looking forward to a relaxing beach holiday, but unfortunately, the beach was a major disappointment. The sea is heavily polluted, with garbage consistently washing ashore. While the hotel staff makes a commendable effort to clean the beach daily, the waves bring more debris back, making it feel like an uphill battle. Beyond the borders of this resort, the beach is covered with garbage, making it impossible to walk barefoot. Sadly, we couldn't swim in the sea as we had hoped. This was a letdown and significantly impacted our experience. The environmental degradation in Vietnam is beyond imagination, unfortunately.

Had two pools in different areas of the hotel which meant one was mostly used by kids leaving the other for adults. Plenty of options to sit near pool or beach area. There are always people who live their towels and don't return to chairs for a long time which happens most places. Plenty of choices of different cuisines at breakfast time and seating not really an issue even at peak times.

We had a wonderful 3 nights at Pandanus Resort. We were two families and requested rooms next to each other which we got. The rooms were large and comfortable with plenty of space for the kids to spread out. We had a lovely pool view from our room. The resort facilities were excellent, two large pools in a beautiful tropical setting. Lots of sun loungers and the top pool has a bar. The resort is right on the beach so you can choose the beach, sea or pool to relax by. The buffet breakfast was excellent, cuisine from around the world so everyone could find lots of things they liked. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times as it was easier with the kids, the food was nice. Usually we would go out to the local towns in the evenings but you have to drive to most places in Mui Ne so we decided to stay in the resort, the family from the Philippines that were the evening entertainment were lots of fun. We did the early morning fishing village walk which I would recommend. The staff at the resort are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this resort in Mui Ne, it was excellent value for money.

The resort decorated with a lot of flowers bring me into a exhibition. There are a lot of activities like spa tennis, tabble ball… The welcome drink is grape wine homemade. At late afternoon they bring us biscuits, and the staffs are always smile with us. Moreover in the room have the minibar: beer, snacks, soda, noodle that totally free. Also resort provided free bus to some famous spots of Phan Thiet, we saved money for transportation. There are two swimming pool with warm water, we really enjoy it. And the beaches quite good also. Anyway everything is perfect more than what I expected.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, there are many green trees, the food is delicious and of good quality, the rooms are clean, good room service. The beach is clean, it's a pity that I went on vacation in the month when the sea was a bit rough. Overall, my family is very satisfied with this place.
