Please note that Santorini Twin Waters is strictly non-smoking.High Season is the period from the 10th Dec to the 23rd January. A deposit of 30% of the total booking is required to confirm a booking in High Season. If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, all monies paid will be refunded, less an administration fee equivalent to the 30% deposit accepted and confirmed when making the booking.If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, full payment for the booking will be taken, and there will be no refund unless, and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking, less an administration fee equivalent to the 30% deposit accepted and confirmed when making the booking.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Loooove the location, the view was amazing. It was spacious and very clean. The front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Just a few steps away from the beach, playground. Plenty of great cafes just below us yet it was very quiet at night with the windows shut.

The 2 bedroom, ocean view room we stayed in was perfect. Good size, well laid out, nice views, close to cafes and easy beach access.

Excellent location with great facilities. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Good restaurants, cafes and fish and chip shop in close proximity. Easy access to Sunshine Coast Motorway to go north or south along the coast.

The location was fantastic, with great restaurants just downstairs and nearby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s only a 2–3 minute walk to the beach. The business owners, Janelle and David, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We’ll definitely be back! We’re even considering making this our go-to spot for celebrating everyone’s birthdays.

Such a beautiful place to stay. We have stayed in plenty of places aling the east coast, but Santorini has become our new top of the list. It was clean, spacious, tastefully decorated & the location was everything an East coast stay should be, great cafes, restaurants, parks and people. We will be back for sure. Thanks team Santorini!
