Very friendly staff even when we couldn't find our key, they opened the door for us with a smile. At leaving, the cleaning lady offered her help to cary down my bags downstairs...she even took them to the car. 🙂 I gave her a big New Year Day hug. Other guests were quiet and respectful. Great location.....a fery-land coffe next door!

The price, the facilities were great, clean toilet and kitchen area, bedroom comfortable, tv and air con. It wasn't even that loud the noise on a Saturday night and we were in a front room. We will stay again.

Woolpack is close to everything, the staff were friendly and the complementary earplugs were a lovely touch (especially sat night!)

The room was old like the pub, however comfortable and we had all we needed. Comfortable clean bed and ensuite. Our room was cleaned each day. The staff were all friendly and courteous.
