A great guesthouse - good location and so comfortable and clean. The bed and the room was big and the shower was so hot and powerful. Kong is a great host and a great tour guide also - he organises tours for the guests too which is very handy

The rooms are fine for this price point. There’s a hot shower, warm bedding for the chilly overnight. The linchpin is Kong himself. Amiable, chatty, always poking at the fire to keep the warmth in the communal area. He has good stories, good knowledge and a good sense of humour. He even jet-washed my dirtbike after several days of dusty riding.

The owner was really friendly, and social. Really welcoming to all guests. We sat around the fire, drank beers and chatted. He tells a great story about a buffalo, cow and a horse. Super funny guy! Hot shower was great on the cold evenings! Easy to rent a moped for the day and book buses to various places in Laos.

The owner is a funny and very friendly guy, spoke good English and does fantastic tours to the jars (lots of good information). There is always drinking water, hot water as well as tea and coffee and bananas available. On cold days (as we had) it's nice to have the fire in the common area. The Hot shower helped as well. Nice garden, we enjoyed the place, it's very warm and welcoming.

Kong and his Family was very very nice and helpful. He managed everything for us and had great tips for activities. The talkings with Kong and other international guests at the daily campfire were amazing and very funny and we learned a lot about local life and laos history. This stay was one of the best in our whole trip through laos. Room and bathroom was very clean and had everything you need. Free coffee, tea and bananas.

Large room with comfy bedding and extra blankets provided. Very clean and nice setting, quiet at night. Mr Kong is really nice and helpful in everything related to planning your stay.
