Katy “Wow! The best place to stay in Mt Maunganui”

Wow! We loved everything. The location is perfect with the beach just there and being easy walking distance to downtown, the harbour and the main beach. The property is stunning and extremely clean (actually this has to be the cleanest booking.com place that I have ever stayed at) Its large layout is perfect with the ground floor having a large double garage with internal access where there is 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with separate toilet. Then the middle level being the living area, kitchen and dining with a cute powder room and a huge deck with a great view. Then the third level being the large master bedroom with ensuite and its own private, huge deck with a gorgeous view, it’s was perfect to watch the sunrise with your morning cuppa. Nicole and Anita do a fabulous job managing and hosting the property. I can’t recommend this place enough and we can’t wait to come back!

Superb location, stones throw from the beach and restaurants, bars and groceries. No need to drive the car at all! Plenty of room for two families.

Great location, and the whole place really worked for us (e.g. being able to use three different floors). It was a really nice, tidy, clean place but it didn't make you feel like you had to walk on eggshells.
