For group bookings greater than 5 please contact the property directly, or we deserve the right to cancel the booking.From December 15th we require all staff and guests to be fully vaccinated. Please be sure to have your valid ID and NZ Vaccine Pass ready on arrival, as our staff will verify using the NZ government verification app upon check-in.If you do not have a vaccination passport, and valid ID, your booking will be cancelled and the normal cancellation policy will apply (we require a full 24 hours notice - except for peak periods December 24 - January 10 when we ask for 48 hours notice)Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Lovely and friendly staff, super chilled and lay back vibe. Perfect for solo travellers or couples/ groups. Large kitchen and outdoor area. Amazing location, can walk into town, the beach or the mount very easily!

seemed like there was a good group of long-termer's staying here, good communal space, nice tv room. On the main street so plenty of places to eat around.

The location in the middle of Mount Maunganui is very good! You’re at the beach in 8 minutes and there are many shops and cafes around the hostel. In addition, the outside eating area is nice as it can be covered and heated! In general, I liked the shared areas as they were cozy and comfortable.
